We assess your ideas and your requirement to further propose a relevant approach forward. The right place to start would be to identify a relevant technology stack, the optimum number of resources required initially, balance responsibility dynamics and workflow and provide your business with the impetus of balanced infrastructure and environment.

3. Develop

Our clients get the flexibility to handle the resources directly by assigning team leads and project managers at their end to maintain consistency and quality of delivery or to sit back relax and let us take care of the entire development process.   • Initial Assessment

    Let’s dwell on your idea and let us make an informed decision to tactfully assess the requirement at hand. Communication is key and both the parties will be a little bit more involved to nail specifications and requirements.

  • Proposed Approach

    We will come up with a proposed approach based on your initial requirement. Team sizes, key members, locations, expertise, workflow, and cost implications will be narrowed down to give you an idea of how we intend to operate.

  • Contract Signing

    Once we agree on a process, we legalize it with a mutual understanding. We believe this provides clarity from the beginning. Contracts will be mutually worked on to identify and include trade terms of the countries getting involved

  • Sourcing and Initial Interview

    We start the recruitment process, both inhouse and from external sources as per the requirement. Clients can choose to be a part of the recruitment process, or they can completely source us the responsibility.

  • Onboarding and team building

    Shortlisted candidates are then onboarded along with key members, PMs and team leads. Workflow is set and communication nodes are defined. HR and Accounts handle formalizing new hires and their packages while admin start fixing required infrastructures and resources to kick start operations.
