Job Description: 

The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) plays a critical role in ensuring clients’ success with our software platform. TSEs provide consultative technical support across a variety of critical areas, including but not limited to custom data feeds, reporting, electronic documents, database optimization, and data cleanup. TSEs couple their technical knowledge of our platform, with a keen understanding of our clients’ business processes, to resolve their most complex or critical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Support:
  • Provide clients with advanced technical and application support tailored to their unique business needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation, such as payroll reports, within our proprietary solution, as per client requests.
• Technical Problem-Solving and Solution Design:
  • Facilitate the development of new reports, electronic documents, data feeds, imports/exports, and data modifications by gathering detailed client requirements.
  • Design and develop custom reports or alternative solutions that align with client user and business requirements.
• Product and Development Teams Collaboration:
  • Regularly collaborate with Product and Development teams to identify product enhancement opportunities and effectively resolve complex software bugs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge and understanding of SQL and relational database
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MS Office is mandatory
• Experience with enterprise software in payroll, ERP, ATS, and/or CRM highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical services or technical support.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience developing SQL scripts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, ETL tools such as SSIS, and SSRS reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Strong prioritization abilities, capable of adapting work efforts based on client needs.
• Keen Interest to learn new tools and going through training sessions
